Payment Policies

  • Currency & Payouts: Sales in foreign currency are converted and deposited in INR.
  • Fees Structure: Humble Ladder charges a subscription fee, referral fees (percentage of sales), and optional (Fulfillment by Humble Ladder) fees for storage/shipping.
  • Payment Frequency: Payments are generally settled on a rolling basis, often every 14 days, directly to the registered bank account.
  • Refund policy: As per contract with respective clients.
  • Tax Compliance: For marketplace facilitators like Humble Ladder, VAT/tax & GST for India might be collected and remitted on behalf of the seller in certain jurisdictions, simplifying compliance.
  • Simplified Export Procedures: RBI guidelines allow for self-declaration for shipping bills up to ₹10 lakh, reducing compliance burdens.
  • Export Documentation: Sellers must provide the AD code (Authorized Dealer Code) to fulfill international orders.
